On Thursday 8 February, KGJS welcomed Chris Cranham and Stewart Death from Travelling by Tuba into school. The day was a chance for the children to experience music-making using a variety of instruments that Chris and Stewart have collected on their travels around the world. Every child was given the opportunity to play an instrument and see how a piece of music is rehearsed and put together. Each session culminated in a performance! The workshops were a fantastic hands-on musical experience and the children (and staff!) thoroughly enjoyed the day!
